Our trip planning service is complimentary. We earn our margin through the supplier rates we've negotiated — meaning you typically pay the same or less than booking directly, while getting a fully managed experience.

All itineraries are designed with flexibility in mind. We'll brief you on the cancellation terms for each component. For major changes, your specialist handles the rescheduling — you don't deal with suppliers yourself.

We typically collect a 20% deposit at booking confirmation, with the balance due 60 days before departure. Payment by bank transfer or credit card. Full payment protection applies.

Your specialist is available 24/7 during your journey. For genuine emergencies — medical, weather, civil unrest — we have established contingency protocols and insurance procedures.

Absolutely. Around 20% of our clients travel solo. Single supplement costs are unavoidable with some properties, but we work hard to minimise them and can often recommend properties with no single supplement.
