Arrival in Punta Arenas & Puerto Natales

  • — Gear check, briefing, and acclimatization walk
  • — Day 2: Drive into Torres del Paine National Park
  • — Afternoon: Mirador Cóndor viewpoint and first campsite setup

Torres del Paine W Circuit

  • — Day 3: Mirador Las Torres — the signature 20km round trip to the towers at dawn
  • — Day 4: Valle del Francés — valley of hanging glaciers and condors overhead
  • — Day 5: Grey Glacier viewpoint and catamaran crossing back to the trailhead
  • — Nights in backcountry refugios with hot showers and communal dining

Perito Moreno Glacier, Argentina

  • — Cross into Argentina at Río Don Guillermo border
  • — Drive through pampas to El Calafate
  • — Afternoon boardwalks on the face of Perito Moreno Glacier — watch ice calve and crash into the lake
  • — Optional: mini-trekking on the glacier with crampons

Ushuaia — The Southernmost City

  • — Flight or drive to Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego
  • — Tierra del Fuego National Park hike to Bahía Lapataia — the end of the Pan-American Highway
